Design/Build
Our design/build approach starts with listening to your needs and goals. Together with our design team, we develop creative design options to bring your vision to life. Using the most advanced and up-to-date Architectural software we can provide our clients with virtual walk-throughs and imagery showing them their vision before ever breaking ground. From the initial site evaluation to the final walk-thru, we will be there to guide you through the building process utilizing our over 25 years of experience successfully delivering turn-key projects.
General Contracting
If you already have your design team in place, Pafco will work with you and your designer from start to finish. We provide preliminary budgets and cost engineering to help you finalize your project design and scope. Once your final scope is determined Pafco will provide a detailed estimate and construction documents either performed at a fixed price or on a construction management basis.
Custom Millwork
Pafco's in-house team of carpenters are specialists in their craft. We pride ourselves in performing high-end carpentry and custom millwork on every project. Our attention to detail and experience creates results that set us apart from our competition.
